The Welcome Popup lets you show a short message to visitors the first time they open a space. It’s a simple way to set context, explain what to do next, and share a contact person.
How to configure it
Open your template or space
Go to Settings → General settings
Find Welcome Popup and toggle it ON
Click Configure
Click into the text to edit it inline (WYSIWYG editor)
Close the popup when you’re done — changes are saved immediately
Templates vs. Spaces
If you configure the Welcome Popup in a template, the toggle and popup content are carried over to all new spaces created from that template.
If you configure it in a space, it only affects that specific space.
To disable it, go back to Settings → General settings and toggle Welcome Popup OFF.
