Valuecase allows you to add your privacy policy and an imprint to your spaces. Once you've uploaded the documents they will appear in a footer at the bottom of your spaces. Here's how to add a privacy policy and imprint:
Go to the ⚙️Company Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Under Privacy Policy & Imprint click on "Edit".
Here, you can either copy and paste the text of your privacy policy or simply add a link to the privacy policy on your website. The same applies for your imprint.
Click on "Apply changes", to save the settings.
Please note: Only company admins have access to the legal settings in Valuecase.

Check out the footer at the bottom of your companies website, usually you can find your privacy policy and imprint there.
