Template settings are available from the gear icon in the left sidebar of any space. They let you manage the space’s configuration, access, notifications, and automation. Settings are grouped into 5 sections: E-mail notifications, Stakeholders, Workflows, Space Properties, and General Settings.

General Settings

Edit the main configuration of your space:

  • Customer logo: Upload or change the customer logo shown in the title area. You can also adjust the shape and background color for better contrast.

  • Customer contact details: Update the main customer contact’s first name, last name, and company name. Any personalization tokens update automatically.

  • Book-a-meeting link: Add or update your scheduling link. This updates the Get in touch card and the Book a meeting quick action automatically.

  • Manage space: Change the space owner, archive the space, or delete it.

  • Block navigation: Toggle a floating navigation menu that highlights the active section while scrolling.

  • Welcome popup: Toggle whether a welcome popup is shown the first time a visitor opens the space. Click Configure to edit the text inline.

  • Commenting: Control whether the comments sidebar opens by default (on large screens).

Email Notifications

Set up automated emails to keep customers informed about activity in the space (e.g., updates, progress, next steps).

Enable automatically enrolling new Stakeholders if every new stakeholder should receive a notification for the specific activity by default.

If a specific notification type is activated in a template, all spaces that are created from this template will have the selected notifications automatically activated from creation.

Workflows

Configure automations for this template. Workflows defined here apply automatically to all new spaces created from the template.

In Settings → Workflows, you can:

  • Create new workflows by defining a trigger and one or more actions

  • See all workflows linked to the template and toggle them active/inactive

  • Edit, duplicate, or delete workflows via the three-dot menu

Changes to workflows affect future spaces created from the template (existing spaces keep their current workflow setup).
