Space settings are available from the gear icon in the left sidebar of any space. They let you manage the space’s configuration, access, notifications, and automation. Settings are grouped into 5 sections: E-mail notifications, Stakeholders, Workflows, Space Properties, and General Settings.
Email Notifications
Set up automated emails to keep customers informed about activity in the space (e.g., updates, progress, next steps).
Stakeholders
Manage who can access the space and review basic engagement data.
Whitelisted Domains: Allow access for entire email domains (e.g.,
company.com). Add domains via Add New Domain.Stakeholders: View and manage individual external stakeholders who have access. If email tracking is enabled (stakeholders enter their email when joining), you’ll also see engagement data such as first visit, last visit, and activity count. Add people via Add Stakeholder.
Collaborators: Manage internal users on the space (Owner, Co-Owners, collaborators). Invite internal teammates via Add Co-Owner.
Workflows
Control which workflows (automations) are active in this specific space.
In Settings → Workflows, you can:
See which workflows are running in the space
Review how often they have executed (Runs)
Disable a workflow for this space via the three-dot menu
Each time a workflow runs, Valuecase also adds an entry to the Space Activity Feed for transparency.
Space Properties
Update values for the Space Properties inherited from the template. Space properties are commonly used for:
Personalisation tokens (placeholders)
Content automation (visibility rules)
Internal tracking fields
General Settings
Edit the main configuration of your space:
Customer logo: Upload or change the customer logo shown in the title area. You can also adjust the shape and background color for better contrast.
Customer contact details: Update the main customer contact’s first name, last name, and company name. Any personalization tokens update automatically.
Book-a-meeting link: Add or update your scheduling link. This updates the Get in touch card and the Book a meeting quick action automatically.
Manage space: Change the space owner, archive the space, or delete it.
Block navigation: Toggle a floating navigation menu that highlights the active section while scrolling.
Welcome popup: Toggle whether a welcome popup is shown the first time a visitor opens the space. Click Configure to edit the text inline.
Commenting: Control whether the comments sidebar opens by default (on large screens).
