Deep Dive gives you an aggregated view of how customers interact with a Space. Instead of reviewing activities individually, you can quickly assess overall engagement, identify the most active stakeholders, see which content performs well, and check project progress.
Deep Dive is available in beta. The available insights and layout may continue to evolve. Share feedback with your Valuecase contact or through the support chat.

Engagement Score and Trend
The engagement score summarizes the level of customer interaction within the Space.
The trend helps you understand whether engagement is increasing, stable, or decreasing. Use it to identify Spaces that are gaining momentum or may require a follow-up.
To learn more about the underlying score, see How Our Engagement Score Works.
Top Stakeholders
See which stakeholders generate the most engagement in the Space.
Use this information to:
Identify active champions
Understand who is involved in the process
Spot important stakeholders who have not yet engaged
Tailor follow-ups to the right people
Stakeholder-level insights are available when Valuecase can associate activity with a known person. When a Space is shared without collecting visitor information, activities may be recorded anonymously.
Best-Performing Content
Identify which pages, files, videos, and other content receive the most interaction.
This helps you understand what customers find valuable and which content may be overlooked.
Use these insights to:
Prepare more relevant follow-ups
Improve your Templates
Surface important information more prominently
Remove or revise content that receives little attention
For aggregated insights across multiple Spaces, use the Content Analytics Dashboard.
Action Plan Progress
Review progress across the Space’s Action Plans, milestones, and tasks.
This gives you a quick overview of how far the project has progressed and where work may be blocked.
Use it to identify:
Incomplete or overdue work
Milestones that are progressing slowly
Areas that may require customer input
The next steps to address during a meeting
