You can customize the domain used to share Valuecase spaces with your customers. This helps ensure a branded, professional experience — whether you use a subdomain on valuecase.com or run everything on your own domain.

There are two options available:

Option 1: Use a Valuecase Subdomain

You can configure a personalized subdomain like yourcompany.valuecase.com. This is quick to set up and doesn’t require any technical work on your side.

To set it up:

  1. Scroll down to the section Subdomain

  2. Click Edit and enter your preferred subdomain (e.g. acme.valuecase.com)

  3. Click Save

Once saved, all users in your account must log out and log back in for the change to take effect.

You can now share any Valuecase space using your branded URL.

Option 2: Use Your Own Custom Domain (Add-On)

For full control and brand consistency, you can run Valuecase on your own domain (e.g. start.yourdomain.com). This is available as a paid add-on and requires a quick setup process involving both your team and Valuecase.

To set up your own domain:

  1. Choose the subdomain you want to use (e.g. go.yourdomain.com, launch., learn., customers., etc)

  2. Send the subdomain to your Valuecase contact so we can begin the setup

  3. In your DNS management system (e.g. AWS Route 53), create a CNAME record for the subdomain and point it to:

    app.valuecase.com
  4. We’ll finalize the configuration on our end — usually takes under 2 hours

Once setup is complete, all your shared Valuecase links will use your chosen domain.
