Overview

Zapier and Make.com allow you to automate workflows by connecting Valuecase to thousands of other apps. Use simple "if this, then that" logic to create or update Spaces, sync tasks, or personalize content without manual work.

Get Started

  1. Prerequisite: A Zapier or Make.com account.

  2. Obtain API credentials: In Valuecase, open Company Settings from the Dashboard (admin only), navigate to API & Custom Apps (direct link) and generate & copy your API key. Keep it secure.

  3. Create a Zap or Scenario: Open the Valuecase integration in the Zapier (direct link) or Make.com (direct link) marketplace and select the app you want to connect.

  4. Build the workflow: Add triggers, actions, and any filters or transformations required.

  5. Test: Run the automation to ensure it behaves as expected and then enable it.

Use Cases

  • Create Spaces automatically: Create a Valuecase Space from triggers such as a new row in Google Sheets, a CRM stage change, or a meeting note update.

  • Keep tasks in sync: Mark tasks complete in Valuecase when tasks are finished in tools like Jira or Monday.com (and vice versa).

  • Update Space properties: Adjust Space properties when external data changes (e.g. CRM pipeline stage) to drive content automation rules.

  • Connect to AI: Use AI tools in Zapier or Make.com to generate text and insert it into placeholders for large-scale personalisation.

  • Dynamic personalisation: Use multi‑select custom properties plus automation rules in your workflows to show the right content to each buyer.

Please Note: Only admins can access API credentials in Company Settings. Do not share keys publicly. If a key is exposed, rotate it in Company Settings and update your automations.
