How to use the Valuecase HubSpot Integration

Create a space for a deal

The Valuecase <> HubSpot integration enables users to create new Valuecase Spaces directly from their CRM system.

Here is how it works:

  1. Simply navigate to a deal. In the sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen navigate to the Valuecase space card and click on 'create space'. You may need to scroll down a bit to find the Valuecase integration.

  2. An embedded Valuecase window will open automatically in HubSpot. Some of the required information to create a new space will already be prefilled based on your HubSpot properties.

  3. Next, select your preferred Valuecase Template, fill out the missing information, if any, and click on 'create space'.

  4. Congratulations! You have successfully created a space. You can now use Valuecase's flexible editing tools to customize the space for your lead.

  5. Finally, you can copy the sharing link from the Valuecase HubSpot Card and share it with your client.

Find the space associated with a deal

The Valuecase <> HubSpot integration makes it easy to find and access a space from within a deal.

  • You can find the sharing URL in the Valuecase card. Simply copy the URL and share it with your buyer, or open it in another window to see a preview.

  • Navigate to the Valuecase card within a HubSpot deal and then navigate to Actions. Click Open to view and edit a space directly embedded in your HubSpot browser window.

View Valuecase Properties in HubSpot

With our HubSpot integration, you can seamlessly sync custom properties into HubSpot.

The properties synced are the same as those available in your Space Overview in Valuecase. This allows you to view the following properties directly within HubSpot:

  • Days Since Last Task Completed

  • Valuecase Action Plan Current Milestone

  • Valuecase Action Plan Current Open Task

  • Valuecase Action Plan Current Open Task Is Scheduled

  • Valuecase Action Plan Most Recently Completed Milestone

  • Valuecase Action Plan Most Recently Completed Task

  • Valuecase Action Plan Most Recently Completed Task Date

  • Valuecase Action Plan Next Due Date

  • Valuecase Last Space Visit

  • Valuecase MAP Progress

  • Valuecase MAP Status

  • Valuecase Space Activities Count

  • Valuecase Space Created Date

  • Valuecase Space Engagement Score

  • Valuecase Space URL

  • Valuecase Space Visits

Please Note: To sync these properties, at least one HubSpot user with permission to create new properties must connect their HubSpot account to Valuecase.

Next, you'll need to modify the view of your HubSpot records to include the Valuecase properties. You can find the settings in your HubSpot account:

  • Contacts: Navigate to CRM > Contacts.

  • Companies: Navigate to CRM > Companies.

  • Deals: Navigate to CRM > Deals.
