The Pipedrive integration connects your Valuecase Spaces to your CRM. Use Pipedrive details when creating a Space, then view the Space link, engagement and Action Plan progress on the linked Pipedrive record.
Connect your Pipedrive account
In the Valuecase dashboard, click your profile picture and select Connect my tools.
Find Pipedrive and click Connect.
Sign in to Pipedrive and approve the requested access.
Return to Valuecase. The Pipedrive connection should now show Connected.
Each user connects their own Pipedrive account. For the initial setup, ask a Pipedrive administrator to connect as well, so Valuecase can create its standard custom fields in Pipedrive.
If Pipedrive is missing, contact the Valuecase team to enable it. If you see Upgrade to connect, your current plan does not include the integration.
Create a Space connected to Pipedrive
Start creating a new Space in Valuecase.
At the Connect to Pipedrive step, choose the record type: Deal, Person or Organization.
Search for and select the record you want to link.
Continue and review the prefilled company and contact details. Add or correct any missing information.
Select your template and complete the remaining Space creation steps.
Depending on the selected record and its available data, Valuecase can prefill the company name, contact name, contact email and website. Always check these details before creating the Space.
This flow links your Space to an existing Pipedrive record. It does not create a new deal, person or organization in Pipedrive.
Link an existing Space
Find the Space in your Space list.
Open its options menu and select Link to Pipedrive.
Choose Deal, Person or Organization, then search for and select the record.
Click Link to Pipedrive to confirm.
Linking an existing Space keeps its content and company/contact details unchanged.
View Valuecase information in Pipedrive
After the initial setup, Valuecase writes standard information to custom fields on the linked deal, person or organization. These fields include:
Space information: sharing URL and creation date.
Engagement: engagement score, last Space visit, visit count and activity count.
Action Plan progress: progress and status, shown as Valuecase MAP Progress and Valuecase MAP Status.
Upcoming work: current open task, whether it is scheduled, next due date and current milestone.
Completed work: last completed milestone, last completed task and its completion date.
Open the linked record in Pipedrive and look for the custom fields whose names begin with Valuecase. The Valuecase Space URL field contains the sharing link to the Space.
Valuecase updates these fields periodically. Changes may not appear immediately, including after linking an existing Space.
Common questions
I cannot find a Pipedrive record
Check that you selected the correct record type and connected the correct Pipedrive account. Your connected user must have access to the record in Pipedrive.
The Valuecase fields are missing or have not updated
Check that the Space is linked to the record you are viewing. A Pipedrive administrator needs to connect for the initial custom-field setup. Allow time for the background updates. If the fields are still missing or out of date, contact Valuecase support.
Do changes in Pipedrive update my Space automatically?
Pipedrive information is used to prefill details when you create a Space. Ongoing updates send Valuecase engagement and Action Plan information to Pipedrive. Later edits to company or contact details in Pipedrive do not automatically update those details in an existing Space.
How do I disconnect my account?
Open Connect my tools, click Connected next to Pipedrive and confirm the disconnect. This removes your personal Pipedrive connection. It does not delete your Valuecase Spaces.
