AI Assistant is your in-editor assistant for building and updating templates and spaces. Instead of clicking through every page and block manually, you can describe what you want in plain language — and Valuecase applies the changes directly in the editor so you can review them immediately.

Use it when you want to move faster, standardize content, or make large edits (rewrite, restructure, translate) without doing repetitive work.

Where to find AI Chat

You can access AI Chat from any template or space:

  1. Open a template or space in the editor

  2. Click the AI icon in the left sidebar to open the chat

AI Chat stays available while you work — you can keep editing normally and use the chat whenever you want to create, improve, or reorganize content.

What AI Chat helps you do

AI Chat is most useful for tasks that typically take a lot of manual editing:

  • Build structured pages in minutes
Create new pages, add blocks, and generate structured content like action plans, FAQs, or onboarding sections — based on a short prompt.

  • Rewrite and update existing content at scale
Improve tone, shorten long pages, translate templates, or batch-update repeated sections across the space — without editing each block one by one.

  • Reorganize content without drag & drop work
Move sections to the right page, reorder blocks, clean up messy structures, and bring the space into a clear, customer-friendly flow.

  • Add the right assets quickly
Insert links, files, and HTML embeds, and let AI place them in the right context (for example inside content sections or structured blocks).

Beta notes and guardrails

AI Chat is available as a beta feature. It is heavily tested, but you may still encounter edge cases.

Keep in mind:

  • You stay in control. Review changes in the editor and use Undo / Restore if needed.

  • Cancel is best-effort. You can interrupt generation at any time, but some operations may still finish if they’re already executing.

  • Not everything is supported. If AI Chat can’t perform an action, it will tell you. Some features in Valuecase exist but may not be available via AI.

  • No guessing field names. AI Chat follows the editor’s supported structures. If something doesn’t apply to the selected block/type, it will use an alternative.

  • Formatting limitations in some fields. For example, some item titles (like accordion headers) are plain text only.
