How Can I Change the Language?

Valuecase allows you to localize workspaces and communication by setting a language at the template level. This ensures a consistent experience for both your team and your customers - especially for email notifications and customer-facing content.


🌐 How to change the language

  1. Go to your Templates dashboard
    πŸ‘‰ Open Templates

  2. Open the relevant template

  3. Click Settings (top left corner of the template editor)

  4. Scroll down and select the Language (currently supported are: English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Czech, and Finnish)

Any spaces created from this template will use the selected language β€” including the system emails your customers receive (like notifications).


⚠️ Notes & limitations

  • You cannot change the language for a space after it’s been created.
    Make sure to select the correct language when setting up the template.

  • The language applies to:

    • System-generated emails

    • UI elements in the customer-facing workspace
