The space list is the central place to find and manage all your spaces. Beyond creating spaces, you have powerful ways to customize your view with saved views, flexible filters, and configurable columns.

Views

A view is a saved combination of filters, columns, and sorting options. Views make it easy to switch between different perspectives on your work — for example:

  • A sales view with engagement and owner columns.

  • An onboarding view with MAP progress upfront.

  • An overdue view showing only spaces that require action.

To create a view:

  1. Apply the filters and columns you want.

  2. Click Save View, give it a name (and emoji if you like).

  3. Your view is saved for later — only you can see it, and you can create as many views as you want.

Columns

You can add, remove, and reorder columns in the space list to see exactly the details that matter to you.

  • Click on the “Columns” button below the “Create new space” button.

  • Select checkboxes to add columns or deselect to hide them.

  • Drag and drop to reorder columns into the order you prefer.

Columns such as MAP progress, engagement, owners, status, and many more are available.

Sorting

Each column can be sorted:

  • Alphabetically (A → Z or Z → A).

  • Numerically (Lowest → Highest or vice versa).

Just click the column name in the first row. By default, spaces are sorted by Created Date.

Filters

Filters let you narrow down your space list to exactly what you need.

By default, the filters My Spaces and Active Spaces are applied. To see all options, click Filters above the space list. You can filter by:

  • Space Owner – see spaces owned by you, a colleague, or everyone.

  • Active Spaces – switch between active and archived.

  • Action Plan Status – filter by the status of a space’s action plan (e.g., overdue).

  • Template – show spaces created from specific templates.

Other Features

  • Pinned first column: When scrolling horizontally, the first column stays visible for easier navigation.

  • Adjustable rows per page: Choose to display more spaces (e.g. 25 at once) instead of using pagination.
