The space list is the central place to find and manage all your spaces. Beyond creating spaces, you have powerful ways to customize your view with saved views, flexible filters, configurable columns, and a space sidebar to access additional details.
Views
A view is a saved combination of filters, columns, and sorting options. Views make it easy to switch between different perspectives on your work — for example:
A sales view with engagement and owner columns.
An onboarding view with MAP progress upfront.
An overdue view showing only spaces that require action.
To create a view:
Apply the filters and columns you want.
Click Save View, give it a name (and emoji if you like).
Your view is saved for later — only you can see it, and you can create as many views as you want.
Columns
You can add, remove, and reorder columns in the space list to see exactly the details that matter to you.
Click on the “Columns” button below the “Create new space” button.
Select checkboxes to add columns or deselect to hide them.
Drag and drop to reorder columns into the order you prefer.
Columns such as MAP progress, engagement, owners, status, and many more are available.
Sorting
Each column can be sorted:
Alphabetically (A → Z or Z → A).
Numerically (Lowest → Highest or vice versa).
Just click the column name in the first row. By default, spaces are sorted by Created Date.
Filters
Filters let you narrow down your space list to exactly what you need.
By default, the filters My Spaces and Active Spaces are applied. To see all options, click Filters above the space list. You can filter by:
Space Owner – see spaces owned by you, a colleague, or everyone.
Active Spaces – switch between active and archived.
Action Plan Status – filter by the status of a space’s action plan (e.g., overdue).
Template – show spaces created from specific templates.
Space Sidebar
From the Spaces, Tasks, and Activities overviews, editors can quickly open a Space Details panel without leaving the current page. Hover over a space and click the paragraph icon to open a side panel with relevant space information, including action plans, tasks, comments, activities, and form responses. The panel stays open while you switch between spaces, so you can compare details without losing context.
From the header, you can open the space in a new tab, copy the space link, show or hide tabs, and access the full space overview menu.
Use the tabs to review tasks by milestone, track comments and activities, and view or download form responses where available.
