How do I change the space background and the navigation bar style?

Customise spaces to reflect your company's branding. Changes are automatically reflected across all your spaces and templates.

You can fully customize the look & feel of your spaces to match your brand. Both the space background and the top navigation bar style can be adjusted in your admin settings.

Change the Space Background

  1. Go to Administration → Design & Branding.

  2. Under Space Background, upload a custom image.

    • Recommended aspect ratio: 16:10 for best display.

    • Supported formats: JPG / PNG.

  3. Once uploaded, the new background will apply to all spaces and templates.

💡 Tip: You can preview example backgrounds to see what works best before uploading your own.

Change the Navigation Bar Style

  1. In Top Bar Style, choose your preferred look:

    • Light mode → light background with darker text.

    • Dark mode → dark background with light text.

  2. The change will apply instantly across all your spaces.

Additional Customization Options

While you’re here, you can also:

  • Upload your company logo (displayed in the top bar).

  • Adjust your brand color (buttons, highlights, links).

  • Set font style and custom RTE colors.

  • Customize the preview title & image for when you share spaces externally (e.g., on LinkedIn or Slack).

  • Upload a favicon (32×32 px) to display in browser tabs.
